Vicki is a Certified Instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and has taught Home Buyers Seminars since 1996.

In 2004, Vicki earned two of the top professional designations in the Real Estate Industry:  Her GRI: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and her ABR:  Accredited Buyer Representative. In 2006, Vicki earned her ASR Professional Designation:  Accredited Sellers Representative.

Since 1994, Vicki has helped over 400 families buy, sell and invest in their homes.  For many of these families, it was their very first purchase!  During the past four years, the majority of the homes Vicki has marketed, have sold for full asking price, or more, and have sold in the first couple weeks of being on the market.
